Conduct Support Officer
37 hours per week. Term time only + 5 INSET days.
Grade 6, point 18-22
Actual salary £23,493-£25,293
This is an important role within our Pastoral team. The successful candidate will provide support to our lower school pupils and will work to nurture the development of some of our vulnerable learners.

Reporting directly to, and working in conjunction with the Senior Leader with responsibility for Pastoral care the successful candidate will;
- Implement, promote and uphold the school’s policies and model the very highest standards.
- Deliver student interventions to support pupils.
- Mentor specific pupils to manage their conduct in classes and throughout the school day.
- Support colleagues with managing pupils experiencing specific behavioural difficulties
- Support with visits to pupils undertaking education in alternative provision.
The successful candidate would ideally have experience of working with vulnerable learners and working in a school environment.
