To maintain a high level of Teaching & Learning when a teaching colleague is not able to teach a lesson we employ cover supervisors. Main Responsibilities:
To deliver high quality teaching and learning in the absence of teaching staff
To provide an efficient and effective cover service
To support colleagues when not covering lessons
To respond to the cover requirements as directed by the Cover Administrator
To ensure that all students always adhere to the BASICs
Support learning of all groups of students
Ensuring all cover work is completed by the students to a high standard
Supporting curriculum areas when not required for cover
