You will also play a crucial role in performing associated administrative and clerical tasks as directed by the Examinations Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of the examination room to ensure the conditions meet JCQ requirements.

There are many advantages to working for us including access to a government pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme and employee assistance helpline. The number of days and hours worked will vary depending on demand and season, and you do not need to commit to working for every season. The peak season is May to June when students take most of their public exams.

All successful applicants will need to undertake an enhanced disclosure and barring service check and children and adults barred list checks carried out by the school. Applicants will also need to be prepared to undergo various online training throughout their employment including some which will need to be completed on starting e.g. Child Protection, Child Safeguarding, Health & Safety and any other online training allocated to invigilators.

We encourage early application as we reserve the right to close the vacancy prior to the closing date if we receive sufficient applications for the role.
