Lunchtime Play Leader

Hours: 11:45am – 1:15pm, Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)

Are you enthusiastic, energetic and passionate about helping children have a happy and enjoyable lunchtime?

Westfield Primary School & Nursery is looking to appoint a friendly and reliable Lunchtime Play Leader to join our dedicated team.

This rewarding role involves organising and leading fun, inclusive games and activities during lunchtime, encouraging positive play, supporting children's friendships and helping to create a safe, active and enjoyable environment for all pupils.

We are looking for someone who:

 - Enjoys working with children.

 - Has a positive, enthusiastic and caring approach.

 - Can encourage teamwork, cooperation and inclusive play.

 - Is confident leading a range of playground games and activities.

 - Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

 - Is reliable, flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
