We are looking for an enthusiastic primary teacher to join our strong and supportive team, covering classes for PPA and leading whole school music. You will be able to teach any subject across the primary age range, but have a specialism in music so as to teach music across the school too. We are currently a Lead School for WEMA, something we would wish the successful candidate to maintain and develop. You will be passionate about teaching and committed to making a difference. You will be experienced in leading whole school music events and be committed to ensuring our school’s very strong music reputation is continued and developed. This post is part time, 0.6 FTE, for 3 full days.

- Someone with the ability and experience to maintain the school’s position as a Lead school in WEMA, of which part of the responsibility is to support other music leads in the area and run CPD

- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of our team

Peasedown St John Primary School is a large 2-form entry primary school set in the heart of Peasedown St John village near the City of Bath.
