This is a rewarding opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to re-engage with education.

About the Role:

As a Pupil Progress Mentor, you will provide essential support to students on an individual or group basis, working under the guidance of the AP Base Lead and Base Teacher. • Provide emotional and behavioural support, promoting positive behaviour and well-being.
  • Support students in learning activities within the local community.
  • Adapt resources to ensure accessibility for all students.
  • Work closely with the Park Road team, home schools, and parents/carers.

  • Maintain communication with parents and home schools, supporting reintegration where appropriate.
  • Utilise data to track progress, plan interventions, and inform practice.
  • There are many advantages to working for us. Included in your actual annual salary is generous annual leave entitlement, access to a local government pension scheme, sick pay scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, free eye tests and employee assistance helpline.
