Salary: Grade 7 – Points 23 – 26 £33,366 to 36,124
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Manager, with an excellent attention to detail, to lead the operational management, maintenance and compliance of our large and vibrant secondary school site. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring that the school environment remains safe, efficient, and welcoming for all students, staff and visitors.
As Site Manager, you will lead a site team of colleagues responsible for maintaining high standards across the school site, overseeing all aspects of health and safety, managing contractors, as well as leading our cleaning team. You will work closely with the Business Manager and senior leaders to ensure the smooth running of daily operations while contributing to longer-term premises planning and development.

What We Are Looking For:
An experienced and practical individual with a background in facilities or site management
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a small team of site and cleaning staff
A commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all building users
Knowledge of health and safety legislation, compliance checks and facilities systems (COSHH, fire safety, water hygiene, etc.)
Excellent organisation, communication and problem-solving skills
A flexible and solution-focused mindset, able to respond to emergencies and changing priorities
Someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of site presentation and safety
