● Experience with specific strategies or needs (e.g. dyslexia, speech and language, autism).

Key Responsibilities:

● Build strong, supportive relationships with children, helping them feel safe, included, and ready to learn.

● Help implement personalised learning plans, behaviour strategies and targets based on each child’s individual needs.

● Offer pastoral care and a listening ear, supporting the emotional and social development of pupils.

● Monitor and record pupil progress, helping track their achievements.

● Support behaviour management in line with school policies, promoting positive attitudes and teamwork.

● Lead small group interventions or catch-up sessions as needed.

● Support school events, activities and the wider life of the school.

● Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and equality policies at all times.
