Salary: MPS-UPS plus SEN plus TLR £3,391
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated teacher to join our innovative and exciting school where you really can make a difference to learners with SEND.
Knowle DGE Academy caters for pupils aged 6 - 19 years with ASC, SEMH and learning difficulties. We are looking for a teacher to lead our outreach team who provide highly personalised learning opportunities for pupils either on site, in our on site Mayhill provision or offsite.
You will:
- Be able to lead a small team to provide exceptional learning opportunities for vulnerable learners
- Be an excellent classroom practitioner (mainstream teachers welcome)
- Be responsible for planning and delivering profoundly personalised lessons
- Aspire to provide learning opportunities for the full range of our pupil’s needs
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
