Why Join Us at Knowle DGE?

A Unique Community: Located in South Bristol, Knowle DGE has a long-standing reputation for its inclusive, "family-feel" atmosphere.

Specialist Focus: You will work in an all-through setting but focus your expertise on our younger learners, helping them build the foundational social and academic skills they need to thrive.

Professional Growth: As part of the Midsomer Norton Schools Partnership, we offer extensive training and a robust performance management process to help you grow your career in SEND.

About You

We are looking for someone who is resilient, patient, and possesses a genuine "can-do" attitude.
