Salary Grade: T1 – T10 (£27,186 - £42,192) dependent on experience + TLR 2a £3,295

This post is for an outstanding practitioner to work across both of our Milton Schools- Moorings Way Infant School and Meon Infant School. The successful candidate will be based at Moorings Way Infant School but will lead the EYFS across both settings. We are two small schools with big hearts and work in partnership with the local community and other nearby schools.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has QTS and excellent knowledge and experience of teaching the EYFS curriculum
• Is dedicated to ensure that all of our children achieve their very best
• Is passionate about teaching and learning and have a positive outlook and interpersonal skills
• Is able to plan and deliver a creative and stimulating curriculum
• Has excellent understanding of current research and practice in the Early Years
• Has excellent classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
• Has Good or Outstanding practice, along with high expectations for themselves and the children
• Has a proven track record of supporting teachers to develop their practice
• Has leadership experience and ability to use reflection to make improvements
• Has at least 3 years experience of EYFS teaching and some experience of Key StageOne
