About the role
The Essential Skills department has an opportunity for an hourly paid English lecturer, who is dynamic, motivated, and imaginative, to join the team at our North Kensington centre. This post will suit an inspirational teacher with experience of delivering GCSE English language, particularly to resit students, with a commitment to bringing out the best in every student. The successful candidate needs to be collaborative and willing to consult with colleagues across vocational curriculum areas.
The successful candidate will be expected to teach a 16-18 GCSE group and an online adult evening class. An interest in promoting extra-curricular activities would be an advantage, and commitment to embedding equality, diversity and inclusion in delivery is essential.
