About the role
Morley College London is seeking a Radio Production tutor for our Podcasting and Radio Broadcasting provision. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, developing course materials, assessing student performance and providing pastoral support in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
The role will initially involve teaching on the Pearson Level 3 in Creative Media Practice (Podcasting, Radio and Audio Production) diploma in collaboration with Morley Radio. There may be further opportunities for the post holder to deliver on other Radio and Podcasting Provision as well as further engagement with Morley Radio and their programming schedule.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree or equivalent qualification. They will have recent industry practice and be an experienced educator and professional with the ability to deliver a range of radio and podcasting topics, from scheduling, content creation and live broadcasting, to studio and location recording. They will have a track record in delivering innovative and creative teaching sessions and possess up-to-date knowledge with an in-depth understanding of emerging trends in the industry.
All applicants must live and have the right to work in the UK and be able to provide an up-to-date DBS certificate or undergo a DBS check.
