About the Role

Join us and inspire the next generation of construction professionals.

We are seeking a skilled industry specialist in Surveying and Planning to help deliver our exciting new Design, Surveying and Planning T Level. This is a fantastic opportunity for a construction professional who wants to share their expertise, influence future talent, and take the next step into a rewarding career in education.

Working alongside colleagues teaching the design and mathematics elements of the programme, you will bring the curriculum to life through high-quality teaching, helping students develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and professional behaviours needed for successful careers in the construction industry.

This role offers more than teaching alone. It is a chance to shape and develop the course using your own industry experience, ensuring that what students learn is current, relevant, and aligned with modern professional practice. Your knowledge of the sector will play a vital role in creating an engaging and industry-focused learning experience.

As part of our commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience, we have recently invested in a suite of professional surveying equipment, giving you the tools to deliver practical, high-quality learning in a well-resourced environment.

Whether you are already in education or are an experienced professional looking to move into teaching, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, pass on your expertise, and help young people progress into employment, apprenticeships, or higher-level study.

About T Levels

T Levels are innovative 2-year qualifications for students aged 16–19, equivalent to 3 A Levels. They combine classroom learning with substantial industry placement experience, preparing students for skilled employment, apprenticeships, and further study
