Teacher of Art (Maternity Cover)
Required from September 2026
The Headteacher and governors are seeking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher of Art to join a well led and supportive team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly improving school, with high expectations and aspiration to become an outstanding school. The school has recently benefitted from a £22 million rebuild that has provided a first-class teaching and learning environment for students and staff. If successful you will become a member of a forward thinking and successful department.
The post would suit an NQT or suitably experienced teacher who could contribute to the improvement of teaching and learning across the department and play an important role in realising our ambition to take the school forward and improve the life chances of our young people.
We would welcome any potential applicants to visit or telephone the school for an informal discussion about this position with Mrs C. Callaghan, Department Leader for Art and Photography.
Closing date for the receipt of completed applications is 9am on Monday 13th April 2026 with interview planned week commencing 20th April 2026.
The successful applicant will be expected to undergo an enhanced disclosure check with the Disclosure and Barring Service prior to commencing employment, together with an employee health questionnaire.
