Bridgeway Federation are looking to appoint a 1:1 Lunchbreak Supervisor to join our hard working and dedicated lunchtime staff team. The successful candidate will work directly with a child in EYFS to supporting them at lunchtime, this will involve helping the child inside the lunch hall and outside on the playground. This role will be based at Broadway Infant School.

Monday to Friday, 11.30am -1pm (7.5 hours per week)

Term Time only

Temp until 31st August 2025

• Have the communication skills necessary to act as a link between the children, the other lunchbreak staff and the rest of the adults working in school.

• Be prepared to fully participate in training and professional development where applicable to the post.

• Understand the need for and adhere to strictest standards of confidentiality.
