We are seeking to appoint a passionate, dedicated and motivated German Teacher with excellent subject knowledge, who can combine academic knowledge and achievement with a passion for the subject to boost learning outcomes.
Job overview
You’ll inspire students to achieve their full potential in Modern Foreign Languages, using a passion for language to deliver high quality and engaging, interactive lessons that boost both written and spoken capabilities of students. A focus on learning and assessment and wider curriculum requirements is key, as well as the ability to utilise your knowledge to positively impact progress within the subject. The ability to also teach French is advantageous and we are interested to hear from candidates seeking both full-time or part-time employment.
Key requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Relevant specialist qualifications and subject experience (e.g BA Hons degree in German)
- Full understanding of curriculum requirements for German
- Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development
- Understanding of how to implement assessment methods for differentiated learning strategies
