Personal Assistant to Group Executive Director: Communications and Student Support

Part-time, 0.5 FTE. Working pattern to be agreed with successful candidate.

Salary:c.£13,083 (£26,167 per annum, pro rata).

Location: Hackney with travel to other London/Essex campuses as required.

We are looking to appoint a brilliant, experienced personal assistant to support our Group Executive Director: Communications and Student Support at the New City College Group.

This is a varied and rewarding role. You'll need to be experienced in putting together corporate documents, reports and presentations using wide-ranging information, data and digital images. So, you will need a good working understanding of corporate identity and brand as well as sound experience of professional administrative and PA support. You'll also need confidence and great organisational skills to support corporate events and student recruitment activities.

The role is 0.5 FTE with hours to be agreed with the successful candidate.
