Group Director Student Support

New City College is recruiting to a new and important post. The Group Director: Student Services will play a vital role in developing and supporting an exceptional learner journey of around 20,000 students each year, across the college's 10 campuses.

With superb leadership skills and solid experience in a similar student support focused role, you will lead teams, resources and processes to provide highest quality careers education, information, advice & guidance; student welfare and financial support; mental health and counselling services. You will also lead safeguarding and Prevent procedures and teams across the Group.

Naturally, you will have experience of managing teams and support services in a large, complex education organisation with responsibility for significant budgets and resources.
