IT Systems Engineer

£26,429 – £34,019 per annum, depending on skills and experience

Poplar Campus

In this role you will provide support to all users of the College’s IT systems including Windows 10 desktops and laptops, Macs, VOIP telephony, managed printing services and AV. You will configure, install and support all College IT hardware systems and assist in the day-to-day maintenance.

You will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, and have a minimum of five year’s hands on experience of working in an up-to-date IT environment. You should have the ability to organise, prioritise and schedule work to meet deadlines, have excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to apply these when dealing with technical and non-technical staff.
