Wingletye Lane Campus

At the sixth form we offer the Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Health and Social care and the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and social care. In addition, we offer the single certificate and Diploma in Health and social care which students take as part of an A level package.

Applications would be welcomed from candidates with a variety of backgrounds from the Health and Social care sector and who are prepared to extend their knowledge, whilst in post, if necessary. Applicants should have a first degree is a related subject and English and maths at grade 4 or above. The College would welcome applications from newly qualified teachers, but is unlikely to appoint anyone without a teaching qualification. Schools qualified NQTs are able to complete their Induction Year at the College.

The successful applicant may be expected to be a personal coach and be fully engaged in a pastoral role, guiding and advising a group of our vocational tutees.
