- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external environmental organisations.
- Produce data and reports on learner sustainability development and impact.
- Support and deliver staff training on sustainability.
- Collaborate across college teams and contribute to sustainability award applications.
Who You Are:
You will bring experience from an educational setting along with strong knowledge of sustainability, climate change, and the journey to net zero. Confident working with young people, you communicate clearly, build positive relationships, and use your initiative and creativity to manage your workload effectively.
You can collaborate well across teams, engage external partners with ease, and use digital tools confidently to enhance learning. With a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion, you’re motivated to drive meaningful sustainability initiatives and support others in embedding these themes across the college.
