The Role:

Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator looking to make a real impact in Further Education? We’re seeking a dedicated Campus Administrator to join our vibrant team and provide essential support to curriculum and campus operations.

As a Campus Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting curriculum teams and wider campus services. You’ll be the first point of contact for students, staff, parents and external agencies, helping to resolve queries and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. From managing disciplinary processes to supporting enrolment and examinations, your work will be vital to the success of our learners and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide focused administrative support to curriculum teams and campus services.

• Liaise with student services, Registry, Exams and Customer Services to resolve queries and support key processes.

• Administer student disciplinary procedures and assist with reporting and communication.

• Produce accurate reports using Pro-Solution and Pro-Monitor.

• Support enrolment activities, including outreach and offsite enrolment.

• Maintain booking systems and ensure safekeeping of campus equipment and resources.

• Assist with cost centre administration, including budget tracking and purchase requisitions.

Who You Are:

You will be an organised and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage confidently with students, staff, and external stakeholders. You’ll bring strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and database systems, alongside experience in financial administration and data reporting. Your ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines will be key to supporting the smooth running of campus operations. A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity, and continuous improvement is essential, as is a genuine interest in the education sector and a passion for supporting student success.
