The Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record of success and a genuine desire to play a pivotal role in the strategic development of the College’s Digital and IT provision. You will plan, lead and develop an appropriate curriculum for learners across college campuses. The successful candidate will also formulate and execute a clear strategic approach to the curricula in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
The role will be across the group and will consist of travelling to different campuses.
You will also have the ability to manage staff performance and coach individuals to reach their full potential, a relevant degree or equivalent qualification. You will be teacher-trained and have both management and teaching experience. Experience of apprenticeships is desirable.

- Represent the Group Curriculum Director as needed and contribute to strategic planning.
