You have experience working with service desk or call logging systems and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
You have a good understanding of basic networking principles and connectivity troubleshooting.
You are organised, proactive and able to manage your workload effectively while working as part of a wider IT team.
You enjoy solving problems and are committed to delivering a high-quality support service.
Experience within Further Education, education, or the public sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
