The Role:
As an hourly paid lecturer, you’ll deliver engaging and hands-on sessions in pastry and patisserie to students across a range of levels. From classic techniques to modern trends, you’ll help learners master the art of sweet creations and prepare them for successful careers in the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver practical and theoretical lessons in pastry and patisserie
• Support learners in developing technical skills and industry knowledge
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to curriculum development and course planning
• Maintain a safe, hygienic, and inspiring learning environment
Who You Are:
• Professional qualification in pastry/patisserie or equivalent experience
• Proven industry experience as a pastry chef or patisserie
• Teaching qualification
