The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage business curriculum operations, ensuring excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Inspire and support a team of educators through effective line management, coaching, and development.
• Drive curriculum innovation and quality improvement across a range of business programmes.
• Oversee student progress, engagement, and achievement, ensuring a high-quality learner experience.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to deliver efficient and effective provision.
• Collaborate with external partners, employers, and stakeholders to enhance curriculum relevance and employability outcomes.
Who You Are:
• A degree or professional qualification in a relevant subject and a teaching qualification (or working towards one).
• Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development within business education.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of driving performance.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.
• A commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding, and continuous improvement.
