The Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Senior Curriculum Manager to be responsible for a range of Digital/IT & Creative courses.  Reporting to the Group Curriculum Director, Senior Curriculum Managers are second tier managers within our Faculty structure.

You’re a qualified educator with a relevant degree and a proven track record in leading curriculum development and driving improvements in learner outcomes. With deep expertise in post-16 education and a strong grasp of trends in the Further Education sector, you bring strategic insight and operational excellence to everything you do. Your leadership style is collaborative and focused, backed by strong communication, budgeting, and team management skills. You’re confident navigating complex challenges and passionate about shaping high-quality, future-focused Creative/Digital & IT education.

Key Skills and Experience:

You will have teaching responsibilities in Creative industry (level 2 and level 3 Art and Design) and will be expected to carry out line-management duties for both Digital and Creative sector.  You will also be responsible for classroom observations.

Key Responsibilities:

The core purpose of a Senior Curriculum Manager is to drive up standards and ensure an excellent student experience.  It is essential that candidates have a relevant degree or equivalent (including a specialist English teaching qualification), are teacher trained and have both leadership and teaching experience in this curriculum area.
