You will manage the day‑to‑day organisation of courses, support staffing arrangements, and contribute to recruitment, admissions, enrolment and induction processes. The role involves liaising with colleagues, partner organisations and external agencies, contributing to marketing and promotion, and producing reports for internal and external audiences. You will teach on appropriate courses, support the management of the Programme’s cost centre, authorise purchases within budget and contribute to income‑generating initiatives. You will also support staff recruitment, induction, performance management and development, while ensuring accurate information management, data reporting and contribution to the annual Self‑Assessment Report.
