What we are looking for:
- High level of interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- A commitment to student learning and attainment
- A passion for teaching and working with young people
- A teaching qualification and experience of teaching UAL programmes is desirable
Duties/responsibilities:
- We run a multi discipline department across all levels and as such students work on a variety of projects throughout the year ranging from: Printmaking, Fashion and Textiles, Sculpture, Fine Art, Illustration and Graphic Design.

Nescot is graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted following its latest inspection in January 2023. Inspectors rated the College as Good in all 8 aspects. The report recognises that students “enjoy their courses and are motivated to succeed”, and benefit from “highly supportive relationships” with staff. Safeguarding arrangements are “effective” with regular training for staff, and leaders have in place “an effective policy for safer recruitment.”
