Governance, Standards & Projects Administrator
Hours per week: 30 hours per week (to include evenings for Termly Board and Committee meetings)
Weeks per year: 52 weeks per year, but we are happy to consider term time only
Salary: £21,896 actual based on 52 working weeks (£27,369 FTE)

You will be an outstanding administration professional who takes pride in attention to detail, organisation and forming excellent working relationships. Good time management, MS Word skills, initiative and enthusiasm will ensure your success in this role. It would be ideal if you have experience doing a similar or secretarial role within the education sector. Knowledge and experience of working with policies and procedures, risk management and governance will be a huge advantage.
This role reports to our Executive Director – Governance, Standards and Projects (EDGSP) and the key areas of responsibility are;
- Managing the governance logistical arrangements in line with best practice and administration of board meetings including timely distribution of papers and minute taking
- Ensuring up to date college policies are approved and published, whilst supporting the authors and EDGSP to ensure quality and accuracy
- Supporting our EDGSP with project documentation and relevant distribution, providing a secretariat function for agreed projects and ensuring a sound interface between governance arrangements and projects
