Keep calm and control the chaos!
We're on the hunt for someone who can juggle timetables, trouble-shoot last-minute changes and still have time to ensure every exam paper is exactly where it needs to be. You'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who makes sure assessments happen smoothly, securely and stress-free (well, for the students at least!).
What you'll be doing:
- Coordinate the full exam cycle, from entries and timetables to results and certificates
- Manage exam data, liaise with awarding bodies and ensure compliance with JCQ regulations
- Support students and staff with guidance, updates and the occasional pep talk
- Train invigilators, solve logistical puzzles and keep everything on track, even wen the unexpected happens
- Deputise for the Exams Manager when needed (hero cape optional)
You will:
- Have a sharp eye for detail and a calm head under pressure
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Have experience in administration, ideally in an exams or education setting
- Be confident with systems, spreadsheets and the occasional curveball
- Have a commitment to confidentiality, compliance and keep things running smoothly
You'll be part of a supportive team that values precision, planning and people. You will play a vital role in student success, without ever having to sit the exams yourself, you will also enjoy variety, responsibility and the satisfaction of knowing your're the reason everything works.
