Are you passionate about shaping the future of the beauty industry? We’re looking for a committed and inspiring Lecturer in Beauty to join our Lifestyle department and help deliver exceptional learning experiences across Levels 1 to 4.

You will:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching across a range of Beauty Therapy courses.
  • Inspire learners to develop their skills and confidence, preparing them for successful careers.
  • Lead on course development and curriculum innovation.
  • Collaborate with local and national employers to enhance employability opportunities.
  • Support students’ personal and professional growth through enrichment activities and industry engagement.

You need to:

  • Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy and hold (or willing to work towards) a Level 5 teaching qualification.
  • Have up-to-date industry knowledge and a strong understanding of vocational delivery and assessment.
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools to support learning.
  • Bring excellent communication, time management and teamwork skills.
  • Are committed to safeguarding, equality and continuous professional development.
