Your Role:
• Teach & Assess – Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of engineering courses.
• Inspire & Support – Guide students in their academic and career progression.
• Develop Curriculum – Ensure course content remains industry-relevant and innovative.
• Maintain Standards – Contribute to quality assurance and student success.
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualifications: Level 3 (or higher) in Engineering, GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent), and a full teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve one)
• Industry Experience: Relevant and recent experience in engineering, with a strong understanding of industry standards.
• Teaching Skills: Experience in training, mentoring, or teaching within an engineering environment.
• IT & Communication Skills: Ability to use modern teaching technology, including Microsoft Teams and interactive learning tools.
• Commitment to Excellence: Passion for student success and continuous professional development.
