As Head of Faculty, you’ll:
• Lead and inspire a team of curriculum managers and teaching staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment across 16-18 and adult education.
• Design and implement innovative curriculum solutions aligned with local, regional and national skills needs.
• Collaborate with employers and stakeholders to ensure real-world relevance and progression routes for learners.
• Drive continuous improvement through robust quality systems and performance management.
• Take strategic ownership of business planning, resource management, and learner success outcomes.

Qualifications
• Degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Full teaching qualification (or working towards)
• Proven technical-vocational experience in construction/engineering
• Management qualification (desirable)
