Newham College is seeking an inspirational Curriculum Manager – Art, Media and Fashion to lead a vibrant, multi-disciplinary curriculum that prepares learners for creative careers and progression.

This role offers the opportunity to shape high-quality teaching across Level 1–3 programmes in Art & Design, Media, Fashion, and Tailoring. We’re looking for someone who can motivate teams, forge industry links, and ensure learners gain the real-world skills and confidence to succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Designing and managing high-quality curriculum delivery across creative subjects

Driving learner achievement, work experience, and enrichment

Leading and supporting teaching teams to achieve outstanding results

Embedding employer engagement and digital innovation into programmes

Teaching 7–12 hours per week to demonstrate best practice

You will have:

A degree or equivalent in a creative subject area

A full teaching qualification (or be working towards one)

Experience in curriculum leadership and excellent teaching practice

A deep understanding of creative industries and employability pathways
