We are looking for a committed and capable Curriculum Manager in Business and Accounting to lead our ambitious programmes across vocational and adult education pathways.

This role will oversee curriculum areas including Level 1 to Level 3 Business, Management and Finance. You'll work across key sites to ensure our learners gain industry-relevant skills and achieve strong outcomes, while also supporting adult learners through access and employability-focused programmes.

Your key focus areas will be:

Curriculum design and quality assurance across Business and Accounting

Motivating and developing a team of skilled lecturers and tutors

Ensuring progression-focused learning linked to industry and higher education

Teaching 7–12 hours per week and modelling excellence in practice

Essential experience:

A relevant degree and full teaching qualification

Successful curriculum and people leadership

Expertise in business education and employer engagement

A data-informed, inclusive approach to learner success
