Newham College London is the highest performing FE College in London. We have recently opened our new Institute of Technology, Higher Technical Qualifications and T-Levels. The college has a friendly ‘can-do’ culture with a stable and collaborative industrial relations environment.

We have recently appointed our Talent Acquisition Manager who will be driving our college’s recruitment strategy forward. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support the recruitment cycle.

Your key responsibilities will be to support the recruitment processes which would include but not limit to coordinating the application process, arranging interviews, providing feedback to candidates, ensuring the recruitment systems are kept up to date, processing offer paperwork and carrying our pre-employment checks.
