A position has opened for a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher to join our team. The right candidate will be passionate about Humanities and can provide a quality educational experience for all our students at North Bromsgrove High School.

Job overview

You’ll have the drive and ambition to share your love of Humanities with our students, delivering lessons across a range of ability in line with relevant curriculum requirements whilst ensuring high standards of teaching and learning are maintained. You’ll also be responsible for collaborating with the wider Humanities faculty to sustain and raise class achievement to an outstanding level.

Job requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Relevant specialist qualifications and subject experience (e.g BA Hons degree in History, Geography, R.E)
  • Full understanding of curriculum requirements for Humanities
  • Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development
  • Understanding of how to implement assessment methods for differentiated learning strategies
