Working closely with different Head of Curriculums, you will help ensure the effective and efficient day-to-day running of the Department.

You will be responsible for a range of administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records, processing information and data, supporting departmental processes and responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident using Microsoft Office and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines are essential.

If you are a motivated administrator who takes pride in delivering an efficient, responsive and high-quality service, we would love to hear from you.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the smooth running of our College and to support staff and students in their day-to-day experience.

Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum

Your contract: This role is offered initially as a fixed term contract until 31 March 2027, with the intention to extend annually by mutual agreement to 31 March 2029.
