This is a unique opportunity for a Lecturer in Acting to share their knowledge for performance and theatre to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies. Our Tonbridge campus offers fantastic facilities for our Lecturers to deliver in an environment that inspires and motivates learners beyond college, with a fabulous theatre space to utilise that includes a fly tower and has audience capacity for up to 300 people to showcase our student talent. This is an opportunity for candidates to bring their industry expertise to a further education setting in a collaborative and supportive teaching environment.
You’ll work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification levels, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery.
The Role:
Where you’ll work: This role is based at our Tonbridge campus.
Your hours: 14.8 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (0.4 FTE).
Your pay: £13,687.60 - £16,840 pro rata per annum (£34,219 to £42,100 per annum full time equivalent) dependent on qualifications and experience.
