Our educational Motor Vehicle workshop is a dynamic, hands-on training environment where theory meets real-world application. Designed to prepare the next generation of automotive professionals, our Lecturers deliver in a facility that equips students with the latest tools, diagnostic technology, and industry-standard practices to ensure they master everything from traditional engine systems to cutting-edge vehicle platforms whilst studying with us to ensure they are industry ready.
Sharing your knowledge to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies, you’ll work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification levels, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery.
The Role:
Where you’ll work: This role is based at our Hadlow campus.
Your hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (1 FTE).
Your pay: £34,219 to £42,100 per annum full time equivalent, dependent on qualifications and experience.
