Working at our Tonbridge campus, as a Sessional Lecturer in Music you will have the opportunity to deliver in an environment tailored for our students to achieve the best outcomes, with a specialist Mac suite, live recording rooms and a theatre space with the audience capacity for up to 250 people. Our curriculum delivery is designed to mirror the real-world environment with our Lecturers incorporating external gigs and events to support our students in their readiness for life beyond college which this role would take an active part in supporting and designing as part of their work.
Sharing your knowledge to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies, you’ll work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification levels, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery.

Your contract: This is a sessional role, with variable hours and days.
Your pay: £34.31 per teaching hour.
