Finance and Estates Manager
Northmead Junior School (part of the Athena Multi-Academy Schools Trust) are looking to recruit a Finance and Estates Manager to lead on finance, administration, health and Safety and premises management from 1st September 2021. This is a permanent position term time only plus 2 weeks (41 weeks) for 25 hours per week. Salary Range: S8 - £19,641.44 - 21,680.13 (pro-rata).
The Finance and Estates Manager will assist the Headteacher with the strategic vision and leadership of all aspects of budget, finance, health & safety and premises. They will be responsible for the maintenance, development and efficient use of the school site and buildings.
The right candidate will:
- Be educated to A level or equivalent, or able to evidence ability at an equivalent level.
- Have previous experience of accounting procedures, managing budgets, reporting and /or procurement
- Have experience of managing multiple priorities
- Be able to work harmoniously and cooperatively with school colleagues, children, parents, governors, the Athena Schools Trust and members of the local community.
