The successful candidate will be joining a team of professional, enthusiastic and committed colleagues who work hard to support all children to achieve both personally and academically. The right person will have successful experience of improving teaching that impacts on the learning and progress of all children, irrespective of their starting points.
Together with the Headteacher, the Deputy will work to ensure the smooth and effective running of the school by maintaining and elevating the high standards of teaching and learning as well as in implementing effective initiatives to drive improvement. This role requires someone who is dynamic, challenging, and who has practical experience working with SEMH students. As a successful candidate, you will work with the Senior Leadership Team to strategically develop the curriculum and rigorously monitor the impact to ensure that all pupils are able to access a purposeful, relevant and effective offer conducive to enabling them to lead fulfilling and successful lives in preparation for becoming active members of their communities.
