This role is varied, and we are looking for an adaptable, flexible and enthusiastic individual able to cope with the demands of a busy growing school and deal with constantly changing priorities.
The position may suit a newly qualified teacher looking to gain more experience in the classroom or an experienced teacher looking for a role with less responsibility.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Working with a wide range of class teachers to deliver excellent teaching and learning
- Covering teaching and learning across year groups.
- Coaching children on a 1:1 or group basis
- Accompanying groups on trips
- Supporting assessment and evidencing learning
- Working with the teacher to create stimulating classroom displays and learning resources
- Able to deliver all aspects of the curriculum
- Contribute effectively to the preparation of lessons
- Maintaining a safe and positive environment for all learners
- Support during break, lunch and clubs

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above
- Relevant High Level Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working with children of relevant age in a learning environment
- A proven ability to work on their own initiative
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults
- The ability to use relevant technology/equipment
- A can-do attitude
- A great sense of humour!
