We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to support our creative, busy, and award-winning Marketing and Admissions Department.
The Registrar will be responsible for all admissions into the School, from Nursery to Sixth Form, at all entry points and be motivated to innovate and constantly improve the customer experience for prospective and existing families. You will play a key role in growing and sustaining the pupil roll and in promoting the School in the end-to-end admissions process, from acting as the first point of contact for enquiries through to the pupil's first day at School.
Applicant's must have previous experience working in Admissions in an independent school, including the delivery of admission statistics data and a commitment to working as part of a team.
You will be able to foster strong relationships with prospective families and internal key stakeholders. You will be customer-focused, confident, warm, and friendly, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
This role does require some occasional evening & weekend work, and it is an All year round role.
