The Governing Body, staff and pupils at Rhos Primary seek to appoint a committed, enthusiastic and willing to learn, Foundation Phase teacher, to join our welcoming, nurturing, and hardworking team.
The successful candidate will:
- be a high calibre, inspiring Foundation Phase teacher
- be an excellent class practitioner with a deep understanding of how children learn, and have a sound knowledge of child development
- provide high quality learning experiences by planning for, and leading engaging experiences, enabling adults and effective environments within the classroom
- work as part of a team and manage staff
- Be willing to work with external agencies to provide the best possible start for all learners
- Have a good knowledge of and understanding of how to plan effectively for learners' progress within the 5 developmental pathways of CfW early years curriculum
- Be able to foster and maintain close working relationships with parents and carers
