Pastoral Engagement Officer
Dŵr y Felin is a highly successful 11-16 Comprehensive School with excellent facilities serving the centre of Neath. The school has an excellent reputation for its academic and pastoral wellbeing. Over the last three years, the school has been recognised as a “green” school within the national categorisation of schools. We have an inclusive ethos and the Additional Learning Needs Team work together to support pupils by removing barriers to learning for those who find learning difficult.
The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic colleague to the post of Pastoral Engagement Officer (Level 3) at Dŵr y Felin Comprehensive School. This is an incredibly exciting and important time for education and these are key appointments for the school. The post holder will have responsibility for a specific brief and will have opportunities to broaden their experiences by working with an innovative and professional group of staff.

Salary Range: Level 3 – Grade 5 (SCP 10-17)
Actual Starting Salary: £20,693.44 (Point 10 - 32 hours per week/39 weeks per year - term time only)
