Permanent Administration & Organisation Officer Level 3
30 hours per week/39 weeks per year (term time)
The Governing Body of Blaengwrach Primary School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, well organised person with excellent inter-personal and IT skills. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills as the role involves a high level of interaction with children and adults.
The successful applicant will be the face of our school and should be calm, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, ensure discretion, confidentiality and be able to provide excellent service whilst coping with interruptions.
Previous experience of a busy office/school office and/or experience of SIMS, iTrent, CITRUS, EXCEL and ORACLE would be an advantage.
